About the volunteering opportunity
We would like to work together to ensure that the windows of our hospice building in Heiligendorf shine clean and inviting again. As the building is located in a new development area, dust and dirt accumulate quickly and it has been some time since the last thorough cleaning.
With your support, we can create a bright, friendly atmosphere for our guests and their relatives. A well-maintained environment is particularly important in a hospice, as it contributes to the well-being and dignity of the people who spend their last phase of life here.
We would also be delighted if you could spend some time eating ice cream together with residents of the hospice.

Your Tasks
We would be pleased to receive support with the streak-free cleaning of glass surfaces (inside/outside), frames, rebates, seals and window sills.
The cleaning of shutters, blinds and our conservatories or glass facades, e.g. doors in the house, would also be desirable. Unfortunately, we cannot perform these tasks without the support of volunteers.

Hospizarbeit Region Wolfsburg e. V. provides medical, nursing, psychosocial and pastoral support to seriously ill people in their final phase of life as well as their relatives.
The association offers both inpatient hospice places and outpatient support at home, as well as bereavement and counseling services.
The focus is on dignified care in which the individual needs of those affected and their families are paramount.
