About the volunteering opportunity
We are planning a career orientation day for young people aged 14 and over and young adults to give them the opportunity to get to know different professions, learn about training paths and career opportunities and get practical tips on how to shape their own path.
To this end, VW employees will report on their career paths and activities in group and individual discussions.
Teenagers and young adults from the Mansfeld-Löbbecke Foundation and from schools in the region will be invited.

Your Tasks
The day is organized and moderated by employees of the foundation. Your tasks could include, among other things
- Presentation of the VW Group and various job profiles in a plenary session
- Presentation of your own training and career path, professional activity and personal experiences at individual stations (in individual consultation or for small groups)
- Concluding question and discussion round in the plenary session
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
You should be interested in telling young people about your own career path and professional activities (in direct contact and in a group).
What to bring
If possible, you can provide information and illustrative material on your own professional activity (e.g. flyers, brochures, small screen presentation, tool, product). Information and illustrative material about VW as an employer (e.g. flyers, brochures, small screen presentation, website) would also be useful. Technical equipment for presentations or similar (tablets, screen etc.) will be provided by us. We will also take care of catering.

Du kannst diese Einwilligung jederzeit ohne Angabe von Gründen gegenüber der Volkswagen AG z.B. per E-Mail (gemeinsamengagiert@volkswagen.de) oder per Post (an die Volkswagen AG, Kst. 1866, Berliner Ring 2, 38440 Wolfsburg) widerrufen.
