Volunteering Day: Help prepare meals followed by a bowling outing with homeless people

We are looking for committed support for a joint leisure project with homeless people.

At the beginning, we will meet in our accommodation to prepare snacks together. At the same time, we will give you an insight into the issues of housing and homelessness in Berlin and the challenges faced by those affected.

Afterwards, we will spend time together at a bowling center and play a round of bowling with the homeless guests.

The aim is to create encounters at eye level and spend an enjoyable afternoon together.

You could help with the following tasks:

You should be open and tolerant towards other people.

Wear comfortable (sports) clothing. Snacks and drinks (cookies, coffee, tea, water) will be provided for you. However, please bring your own lunch. There are plenty of places to eat and supermarkets near the zoo.
